Lu Migliore Counselling offers professional counselling services with a specific focus on family. My goal is to help individuals heal from past experiences and improve their relationships with their loved ones. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences and break negative cycles.
Family counselling helps to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all family members, unique to your family configuration. All forms of family welcome. We can work together to heal family ruptures and improve communication and connection. We will consider communication style and roles which have developed in the family system. We will improve dynamics between family members by looking at the entire family constellation and inter-generational patterns.
